Before his assignment at UPEACE Seoul, Boris Kondoch worked as a research fellow at the Institute of Public Law, Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main, Germany and at different universities in Korea, among others as a guest lecturer at Korea University/Graduate School of Law and the Korean PKO Centre. Dr. Harvey Langholtz is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He is an international consultant and lecturer in the field of international relations and has published extensively in the area, including his books "The Psychology of Peacekeeping" and "The Psychology of Diplomacy."
